Swanndri Rewards: Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • "Anniversary" - 12 months from the Member's Join Date or the date they changed tiers, whichever is later.
  • "Join Date" - the date a Member joins the Swanndri Rewards Programme.
  • "Member" - an individual who has joined the Swanndri Rewards Programme via swanndri.co.nz or in-store.
  • "Member Profile" - the personal details (name, email, birthday, etc.) linked to a Member's account.
  • "Rewards" - vouchers or benefits earned through purchases, birthday bonuses, or tier upgrades.
  • "Valid Purchases" - purchases made in Swanndri stores or on swanndri.co.nz, excluding gift cards, delivery costs, and refunded transactions.
  • "12-Month Spend Balance" - total net spend (after discounts, returns, and rewards redemptions) over the last 12 months in NZD.
  • "Tiers" - levels within the programme: Member, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
  • "Website" - refers to swanndri.co.nz where programme details, balances, and updates are available.

2. General Terms

  • Swanndri Rewards is operated by Swanndri New Zealand Ltd in NZ only.
  • Membership is free and open to individuals in NZ with a unique email address.
  • By joining, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions and Swanndri's Privacy Policy.
  • Swanndri may amend or withdraw the programme, Rewards, or tiers at any time without notice.
  • Swanndri will not be liable for any technical issues, email delivery failures, or tax implications arising from participation.
  • Members consent to receive communications about their membership, Rewards, offers, and brand updates.

3. Membership

  • Members can join in-store or online.
  • An email address is mandatory to create an account and earn or redeem Rewards.
  • Each individual may only hold one Swanndri Rewards account.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date in their account.
  • Membership may be terminated or suspended by Swanndri for misuse or suspected fraud.
  • Members can close their account anytime by contacting info@swanndri.co.nz.

4. Earning Rewards

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on valid purchases, in-store or online.
  • Online Points and Rewards are applied when an order is dispatched.
  • A $10 sign-up reward is issued upon joining.
  • Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
  • Birthday rewards are issued to Members who have provided their date of birth, valid for 30 days.
  • Points cannot be earned on shipping, gift cards, or refunded items.
  • Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

5. Tiers and Benefits

Tier qualification is based on 12-month cumulative spend. Members can move up tiers immediately when spend thresholds are met. Tier reviews and resets occur annually on the Member's Anniversary Date.

Member $0-$100 $10 sign-up reward, $20 birthday reward
Bronze $101-$300 $10 Bronze bonus, $30 birthday reward
Silver $301-$1000 $20 Silver bonus, early access to sales, $40 birthday reward
Gold $1000+ $30 Gold bonus, free shipping days, $50 birthday reward, field testing panel access

* Rewards cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

6. Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards can be redeemed in-store or online at checkout.
  • To redeem online, Members must be logged into their Swanndri account.
  • Rewards are applied as dollar-value vouchers and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Rewards may not be applied to gift card purchases or delivery fees.
  • Returned items will result in reversal or reissue of Rewards based on refund value.
  • Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and Adjustments

  • If an item purchased with a Reward is returned, the Reward will be reissued to the Member's account.
  • Points are adjusted based on net spend after returns and refunds.
  • Gifts received through the programme cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Privacy and Communication

  • Swanndri collects personal information to operate the Rewards Programme.
  • Information is handled in accordance with Swanndri's Privacy Policy.
  • Members can unsubscribe via email links, but this will disable communications about rewards.

9. Termination or Modification

  • Swanndri may modify or cancel the Rewards Programme, tiers or benefits at any time.
  • Changes will be updated on the Swanndri Rewards page.
  • Membership will automatically end if the programme ceases.
  • Any unredeemed Rewards will expire upon termination of membership or cessation of the rewards programme.
