Swanndri Rewards - Frequently Asked Questions
Swanndri Rewards is our customer loyalty programme that lets you earn points every time you shop in-store or online. As your annual spend grows, you'll move up through four tiers - Member, Bronze, Silver, and Gold - unlocking bigger rewards, birthday bonuses, and exclusive perks.
It's free and easy to join.
- In-store: Ask our team to sign you up when you make a purchase.
- Online: Create an account at swanndri.co.nz and you'll automatically be enrolled.
Every new member receives a $10 reward just for signing up.
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store or online at Swanndri. Points are tracked automatically through your account and your online dashboard. The more you spend, the higher you climb through the tiers - and the more rewards you unlock.
- In-store: Our team can look up your account using your email address and apply your reward at checkout.
- Online: Log into your Swanndri account
- Available rewards will be shown automatically at checkout if you are logged in correctly. Simply enter the $ amount you wish to redeem and proceed with your purchase. Any balance will remain on your reward dashboard until expiry.
- Rewards and redemption history can be viewed on your customer dashboard.
Yes. Points and rewards expire 12 months after they are earned, based on your first purchase date in that period.
- Member ($0–$100): $10 sign-up bonus, $20 birthday reward
- Bronze ($101–$300): $10 Bronze bonus, $30 birthday reward
- Silver ($301–$1000): $20 Silver bonus, early access to sales, $40 birthday reward
- Gold ($1001+): $30 Gold bonus, free shipping days, $50 birthday reward, access to the field testing panel
- Online: Log into your account and view your Rewards Dashboard "My Rewards & Points" to see your current points, rewards, and spend progress.
- In-store: Ask our team to check your account; they can tell you your current balance and available rewards.
If your birthday is saved in your Swanndri account, you'll automatically receive a birthday reward by email at the start of your birthday month. It's valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
No, Swanndri Rewards can only be earned or redeemed in New Zealand at this time.
If you return an item, you'll be refunded the amount you paid, and your reward will be returned to your account. Returned sales will also reduce your points balance to reflect your net spend.
Online points are added when your order is dispatched. If you move up a tier, your new tier rewards may take a few minutes to appear as the system updates.
- In store rewards can take up to 48 hours to show in your account.
Yes. Rewards can be used in conjunction with most Swanndri promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
You'll receive emails from Swanndri when:
- You join the programme
- You move up a tier level
- Your points are about to expire
- You receive a birthday reward
No. An email address is required - it's how we identify your account, track your rewards, and send notifications.
Points can only be added to purchases made while logged in or attached to your account. Unfortunately, we can't retrospectively add points to unlinked purchases.
