The Swanndri Standard / True To Our Word

We stand by the quality of the gear we make - gear that's hard‑wearing, hard‑working, long‑lasting and good‑looking. From the stitching at the seams to the quality of the materials, we pride ourselves on maintaining a Swanndri standard. If it's not up to that standard, we will repair or replace it.

• Our gear is designed for the outdoors, for work and play. We hope you wear it that way and put it through its paces.
• Fair wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. We also cannot cover:
  - Damage caused by animals, chemicals, alterations, mishandling or not following washing instructions.
  - Items that have been mistreated or simply worn out.
• If you buy something new from us and it's not up to the Swanndri Standard - whether it's materials, craftsmanship or manufacturer defects - we'll sort it. Contact us at info@swanndri.co.nz or call 0800 652 558 to speak to our customer service team who will find a solution for you.
