Products that keep you and your family warm, dry and comfortable from Swanndri, Line7 and Muck Boot are available NOW with free shipping within New Zealand, and free to Australia when you spend over $100. What is classed as an essential item?
We have been allowed to sell products that will keep you warm, dry and comfortable during lockdown, so you will find that most of our bushshirts, jackets, knitwear and flannel shirts are available along with Line7 wet weather gear and a range of Muck Boot waterproof and thermally rated boots.
Can I buy something that's not on the list of essentials?
Yes, but at present we can only deliver products that are on the Swanndri Essential list - you can add other items to your cart and checkout but we cannot deliver them to you until the lockdown is over.
What if I need to return something during lockdown?
Our customer service team is ready to help you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our returns procedure during lockdown.
When will I receive my order?
If you have ordered an essential item, we will endeavour to deliver it to you within the 5-7 working days. If you have ordered a non-essential item, we will deliver this to you as soon as lockdown is lifted.
Will my delivery be contactless?
Yes, we use PBT couriers in New Zealand and DHL Express in Australia, they will leave your parcel at your doorstep for you to collect.
Are you shipping outside of New Zealand?
We will be shipping to Australia (except Line7) but unfortunately not to the rest of the world at this time.
