Delivery Information
New Zealand
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier and although we aim to deliver your parcel as fast as possible please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive. When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email to notify you, this email will also contain the tracking number.
Our courier in NZ is Castle Parcels and all deliveries require a signature.
All orders for NZ delivery will not be charged freight, we will take care of this cost for you!
Australia
For our friends across the ditch - we have a rate card listed below to explain the various freight costs available to you.
Although we aim to get your parcel to you as fast as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive (and perhaps a couple more if you are located in rural zones).
Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZD.
Please note, if you are living in a rural area and your order is weighing more than 5.5kg you will be charged a surcharge of $30 on top of the rate card outlined below. You will be notified at the checkout .
Our courier for Australia is DHL who unfortunately cannot deliver to P O Boxes - so please ensure you give us a physical address.
Rest of the World
Please refer to the rate card below for freight charges to the rest of the world. Your freight charge will be applied at the checkout.
Parcels are sent by DHL and will require a signature on receipt.
Please note, all freight on international orders are costed on weight and destination and will be calculated at the checkout.
All International parcels are sent Delivery Duty unpaid. If there are any taxes, duties or VAT to be paid for the import of the parcel, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Occasionally, a garment you order maybe on backorder for a short time. If this is the case you will be contacted via email to advise of the situation and an estimated delivery time. You can either cancel the order or wait until the backordered items are back in stock for the entire parcel to be sent.
Payment is only taken when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
