    Delivery for New Zealand and the Rest of the World

    New Zealand

    All orders for NZ delivery will not be charged freight, we will take care of this cost for you!

    Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier and although we aim to deliver your parcel as fast as possible please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive.

    When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you your purchase is on its way. This email will also contain a tracking number. Our courier deliveries require a signature.


    All orders over $100 are delivered FREE to our friends across the ditch and only $10 orders under $100. Although we aim to get your parcel to you as fast as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive.

    Please allow an extra day if you live in a rural zone.

    Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in NZD.

    Our Australian courier cannot deliver to P O Boxes - so please ensure you provide a physical address.

    Rest of the World

    Shipping costs to the “Rest of the World” is as follows:

    • International Courier, price is calculated on the weight of your order, the consignment is tracked and tracking information will be sent to you via email.  Estimated delivery between 3 to 6 working days.
    • International Air Post, price is calculated on the weight of your order, the consignment is unable to be tracked and responsibility of delivery is upon the receiver. Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days.  

    Once the order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you. This email contains track and trace information if you choose the DHL option. All DHL deliveries require a signature on receipt.

    All International parcels are sent Delivery Duty unpaid. If there are any taxes, duties or VAT to be paid for the import of the parcel, these will be the responsibility of the customer. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries and also types of products, for further information please contact your local customs office. All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars.

    The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.



    Every Swanndri garment reflects our total commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, we will gladly refund or exchange it for you if returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (along with proof of purchase).

    Proof of purchase is the packing slip which came with the order.

    All Swanndri garments are closely scrutinised prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standard of quality.

    Should you receive a product that you believe to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange free return delivery of the item in question.

    We have a customer support team who monitor these emails throughout the day Monday to Friday.

    Once the product is returned, we undertake an evaluation process confirming the manufacturing defect. If the defect is confirmed your product will be replaced or you will be fully refunded.

    In the case of international orders, we will reimburse freight costs once the item has been evaluated and deemed defective.

    Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

    The Nitty Gritty

    Garments sent back for return must be in the same condition as sent out, with tags attached.

    Returns are accepted for 30 days from dispatch of parcel.

    Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (credit card, cheque, direct debit, TT etc).

    Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt back into our warehouse.

    Postage to return the parcel to us is at your own cost, however if you have asked for an exchange of an item, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.

    Garments purchased in our Swanndri Store, from a Swanndri Stockist, or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company.

    Different return/exchange policies may apply.
