Delivery Information

 

 

All New Zealand deliveries are sent by PBT Courier.  We charge a flat $5 for delivery of your order within New Zealand.   For orders over NZ$250, delivery within New Zealand is free of charge!

 

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched, and this email will advise your PBT tracking number.  PBT will deliver your parcel within 2-4 working days from the time you receive the dispatch notification. 

 

All parcels being sent to an address outside of New Zealand will be sent by Fed Ex Courier.  Fed Ex offer a completely traceable service and Swanndri are able to offer you rates that are very competitive with standard postal services.

 

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched, and this email will advise your Fed Ex tracking number.  Fed Ex will deliver your parcel within 3-10 working days from the time you receive the dispatch notification.    Note that at busy times (ie Christmas) this period may be stretched. 

 

International parcels are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid.  If there are any taxes, duties or VAT to be paid for the import of the parcel, these are at the cost of the customer. Swanndri marks all international website orders as "gift" which advises Customs that the parcel is intended for personal use and can help in minimising costs incurred.  Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries and also types of products, for further information on duties please contact your local Customs office. 

Occasionally a garment you order may be on backorder for a short time.  If you order multiple items, and one is on backorder, we will send the available items immediately.  We will then send the backordered item to you seperately as soon as they are possible.  In this instance you will never be charged any additional freight costs for the split delivery, Swanndri will cover this additional cost.
